Identify

Find which component or system is not working properly

Check Power

Is it plugged in and is it turned on?

Check Connections

Make sure cables are snugly plugged in on both sides: the source side and the component side.

Reboot

Unplug the component(s) in question from the unit itself and not the wall outlet. Wait 3-5 minutes. This gives the unit time to cool down and for the electricity to dissipate. Plug back in.
