Terms:

Basic Service Agreement Terms: Additional service visits are billed at current market rate. Remote troubleshooting services are performed within normal business hours of operation.

Premium Service Agreement Terms: Additional service hours are billed at current market rate. Remote troubleshooting services are performed within normal business hours of operation and are required prior to on-site service appointment. Various products are excluded from discounts.

Cancellation: Lanza has the right to refuse, change or cancel these services  for any reason at any time.
